Freshdesk is intuitive, feature-rich, affordable customer support software. By linking Freshdesk to Xelion, users can call VolP and use Xelion directly from Freshdesk.

LINKING FRESHDESK WITH XELION

• The link looks up a contact in Freshdesk and if it exists, the contact’s overview page is opened and the user can edit a new or existing ticket
• If the phone number is not yet known within Freshdesk, a new contact is created with the calling phone number
• Then the user can edit the data so that a name is known to the number next time
