The solution is a telephony link that makes it possible to integrate Xelion with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. The purpose of the Xelion coupling is to realise a connection between a Xelion VoIP server and the Dynamics 365 environment. This way you can call your contacts directly from the Dynamics 365 environment. You can also keep track of which contact moments have occurred.


  • With click-to-dial you can easily set up a call from Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement via your Xelion softphone or hardphone.
  • The History function adds a note of each outgoing and incoming call to the customer card, giving you an overview of all the contact moments you have had with your customer.
  • Synchronising customer data from Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
  • Customer details quickly at hand by automatically displaying the customer card when your customer makes an incoming call
  • Through the dashboard, you can scale up or down licences, create and delete dashboard users, and perform or schedule address book synchronisation
