Microsoft Teams and integration with Xelion

    December 14, 2022

Microsoft Teams is a cloud-based service. It contains many tools supporting teamwork and related services, the use of which becomes even more accessible thanks to collaboration. Microsoft Teams supports, for example, cooperation with Office or Skype, i.e. other Microsoft products that are commonly used on a daily basis by millions of people for work. Microsoft Teams is a program that allows you to contact many people in real-time. It is both a virtual place to collaborate with others and a platform for teleconferencing and videoconferencing.

Xelion is a cloud-based service. It contains many tools supporting teamwork and related services, the use of which becomes even more accessible thanks to collaboration. Xelion supports, for example, cooperation with Microsoft Teams, the product that is commonly used on a daily basis by millions of people for work. Xelion allows you to contact many people in real-time. It is both a virtual place to collaborate with others and a platform for teleconferencing and videoconferencing. Thanks to the collaboration, the user can sync all contacts and calendars.

Xelion is a solution for companies that value flexibility and simple solutions. It is perfect for both small and big companies that combine various work models, e.g. stationary in the office, remote at home or traveling, and hybrid. Xelion allows the user to create content safely, and respond quickly.

Xelion offers a standardised user interface app for desktop, mobile and tablet so users can use the solution anywhere, anytime. The platform brings together voice, instant messaging, sms, and much more, delivering a single Organised Communications service for customers on any device. Open RESTful APIs allow third-party apps such as Office 365 and Teams to be easily integrated seamlessly with the service.

Xelion has completed integration with Teams, Microsoft’s hub for team collaboration in Office 365. It allows all users to synchronise their Office 365 Outlook calendars and contacts. It means that it gives the user full visibility of them in the Xelion softphone interface. The integration of Xelion with Teams brings significant benefits for business customers. For example, Teams offers limited reporting and recording functionality, a critical application for any customer-facing organization. Xelion has full-call reporting as standard and supports contact center operation including wallboards, formulas, and KPI information, at no additional cost to the standard user license.

Xelion users can communicate with each other and also receive a set of ready-made tools to work together. What is very important, the connection between users remains securely encrypted. Thanks to this, all data will be secured in an appropriate way before they reach us. It is sort of a central workspace for multiple users working on the same project at the same time. This is the biggest advantage of choosing Xelion.

The most important advantages of Xelion are call recordings and integration with popular software like Microsoft Teams. The Xelion mobile app is available to download for all users free of charge. It’s giving the new users ability to test and decide if they are interested in continuing to use the program.

In such a dynamically changing world, services such as Xelion are desired for both big and small companies. In the changing labor market, remote work in which we are more often physically distant from our co-workers gives us a lot of opportunities for development.
