Xelion introduces bespoke channel partner training

    January 07, 2021

    8 December 2020

Xelion UK, the multi-award winning cloud telephony provider, is now offering free bespoke training for its channel partners. Remote training sessions of up to two hours can be requested on any subject relevant to the Xelion platform that a partner requires for staff members, for example provisioning, hunt group setups and so on. Partners may also request sales training on the Xelion platform for their sales teams.

Prior to the pandemic Xelion UK already provided monthly face-to-face training sessions at a dedicated partner training and demonstration facility. These day sessions, now suspended, focus on building an example customer from the initial tenant creation, setting up users, adding devices and configuration of phone-lines. The day provides a perfect introduction for partners who want to learn the core elements that make up the Xelion service. All Xelion training is provided free of charge to partners who are required to complete one monthly technical training course, providing an introduction into the methods and processes behind the platform.

The Xelion hosted telephony service is also free to use by channel partners. This allows partners and their staff to really familiarise themselves with the outstanding features and functions of the service. The Xelion partner portal is packed full of marketing material including documentation and graphics for use in proposals, contracts, online and social media. Xelion is totally focused on the channel with a partner only policy, avoiding conflicts of interest.

For Xelion UK, Dave Reynolds, Managing Director stated, “While we already provide extensive product training, we want to be flexible and responsive to partner training needs, so we have set aside two-hour time slots to offer bespoke sessions to meet partner requests. The Xelion platform is not a ‘one-size-fits-all’ service and neither is our approach to the channel.”

    Ends.
