Xelion, the cloud telephony provider, is now offering its channel partners an extensive portfolio of training courses for its cloud telephony service. The company offers both online webinar training and face-to-face training sessions at its head-office in Derby.
Xelion web training is provided every Friday covering a variety of subjects including user end-point devices, advanced settings and phone-line configuration. Face-to-face training sessions are held monthly and provide an introduction for partners who want to learn the core elements that make up the Xelion service. The focus of the day is building an example customer from the initial tenant creation, setting up users, adding devices and configuration of phone-lines.
All training is provided free of charge to partners who are required to complete one monthly technical training course, providing an introduction in to the methods and processes behind the platform. The Xelion partner portal also has an extensive knowledge base with video guides to technical matters partners frequently encounter.
The Xelion hosted telephony service is free to use by channel partners. This allows partners to really familiarise themselves with the outstanding features and functions of the service.
